Pretty Design Lab offers a range of graphic design services, including but not limited to:

3. Consultation and Project Initiation
Initial Consultation: We offer a free initial consultation to discuss project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
Project Proposal: A detailed project proposal, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost estimate, will be provided after the initial consultation.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required to begin work on all projects. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are released.
Methods of Payment: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
5. Revisions and Approvals
Revisions: Our proposals include up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
Approval Process: Client approvals are required at various stages of the project. Timely feedback is essential to meet project deadlines.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, the client gains ownership of the final design files. Pretty Design Lab retains the right to use all designs in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Source Files: Source files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop files) are available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
7. Confidentiality
Client Information: We respect our clients’ confidentiality and will not disclose any project-related information to third parties without prior consent.
Non-Disclosure Agreements: NDAs can be signed upon request to ensure additional confidentiality.

8. Deadlines and Delivery
Timelines: Project timelines will be outlined in the project proposal. Delays in client feedback or approvals may impact the delivery schedule.
Rush Projects: Rush projects may be accommodated for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Client: If a project is canceled by the client after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional charges may apply for work completed beyond the initial deposit.
Cancellation by Pretty Design Lab: We reserve the right to cancel a project at any stage, with a prorated refund for work not completed.
10. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Pretty Design Lab is not liable for any damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from the use of our designs.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for the final proofing of all designs. Any errors discovered after final approval are the responsibility of the client.
11. Communication
Contact Methods: We communicate via email, phone, and video calls. Regular updates will be provided throughout the project.
Response Time: We strive to respond to all client communications within 24 hours during business days.
12. Amendments
Policy Changes: Pretty Design Lab reserves the right to amend this policy any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
